This hunting lease is located in WMU (4H) and is about 30 miles SW of Albany, New York. NYC area is about 115 miles SE. landowner stated he regularly sees deer and turkey in the fields. The property is a nice mixture of woods and crop fields. There is a nice power line that cuts through middle of property. About 40 yards wide with lots of golden rod and many apple trees. power line was loaded with deer sign. You can drive your ATV on this power line. There is a cement slab just off the road to a park a camper on. No utilities. The woods is a mixture of pine, hemlock and hickory. There are several miles of established trails for your ATV. The fence line surrounding the fields are loaded with hickory trees full of nuts. The power line is the top of the hill. I jumped deer in the bottom before the trail hits the main woods in the west. This lease would be easy to walk or use your ATV. Camping and ATV use are allowed for hunting purposes only. You would be allowed to post property. Great looking property for deer and turkey. I'm sure some bear would be in the area as well!
